The documents we sell and the information on this site are general information for NSW centre-based education and care services. They are not legal, medical or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, your service's own policies and procedures, or a direction from your regulatory authority.

Using our documents does not guarantee compliance, a particular rating outcome, or any particular result at an assessment and rating visit or a regulatory visit. Responsibility for compliance rests with the approved provider at all times.

Our documents carry a build version and a build date. That is a record of when the document was produced, not a certification that every provision cited in it is current on the day you read it. Verify against the primary source before relying on any citation for a significant decision.
