Nothing is posted to you. Everything is delivered digitally, immediately.

WHEN YOU JOIN

Your confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of payment and contains your download. If it has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder first, then email support@paperbarkcompliance.com.au and we will send it again straight away.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

The full library as editable Microsoft Word documents (.docx), delivered as a single download. You need Microsoft Word or a compatible program. Google Docs, LibreOffice and Pages will all open and edit them, though formatting is most reliable in Word.

UPDATES

As documents are revised, members are notified and given the updated versions. Replace your working copy and remove the superseded version so nobody at your service uses it by mistake.

PROBLEMS

If a file will not download, will not open, or is not what was described, email us. We will fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our 21-day money-back guarantee both apply. See our Refund Policy.
