Paperbark Compliance psychosocial safety system for NSW early childhood services

Paperbark Compliance — All-Access Membership

$249.00

GST included. Founding rate for the first 100 services. Renewal is $349 a year, and we tell you now rather than at renewal. One membership covers one approved service.

Your policies are fine. Prove they're being followed. Regulation 170 is not about owning a policy — it is about following one, and an inspector asks for the records that show it. Keep your policy library. This is the layer underneath it.

200+ editable compliance documents for NSW centre-based education and care services. Checklists, audits, registers, risk assessments and drill records, referenced to the current National Law, Regulations, NQS and Child Safe Standards, and updated when they change.

Including the psychosocial system we could not find anywhere else

Since 22 August 2025 the NSW WHS Regulation requires psychosocial risks to be managed through the hierarchy of controls — a policy and an EAP are no longer a defensible control set on their own. In March 2026, SafeWork NSW published dedicated research on this sector: 17,953 workers compensation claims reviewed, a 2024 claims rate roughly 2.5 times the 2015 rate, with assault, bullying and work pressure as the leading psychosocial causes. And from 1 July 2026, an approved code of practice is an enforceable standard in NSW — you either follow it or you achieve an equivalent or higher standard and can demonstrate it.

Membership includes the complete psychosocial system: the thorough risk assessment, the hazard register, the quarterly consultation check-in, the team wellbeing pulse check, the educator wellbeing support record, the psychological injury response guide, the 12-Week Educator Wellbeing Plan, the code of practice alignment record for section 26A, and the work health and safety duty that runs alongside a child protection allegation. We searched for another complete psychosocial system built for NSW early childhood services and could not find one — if you find one, tell us. Try the risk assessment free first →

What it is not

Not a policy library. Regulation 168 requires your service to hold its own policies, and those stay yours. This is the layer underneath: the checklists, audits, registers and risk assessments that evidence them in practice.

Not legal advice, and not a guarantee of a rating outcome. Responsibility for compliance rests with the approved provider at all times.

The records you create are yours. Permanently.

Every filled-in audit, signed checklist, incident record and risk assessment you create on these templates stays yours to keep and produce to anyone, including the template text inside it. That does not end when your membership does.

21 days, money back

If it does not save you a night, it owes you nothing. No forms and no argument. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply on top of that guarantee and are not limited to 21 days.

Price, told straight

$249 for your first year as one of the first 100 founding services. Renewal is $349 — we are telling you now rather than at renewal, and we will remind you 30 days before.
