These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of a Paperbark Compliance membership. By using this site or buying a membership, you agree to them.

This site is operated by Paperbark Compliance Pty Ltd, ACN 701 300 227, ABN 25 701 300 227, of 11 Bank Street, Molong NSW 2866.

WHAT WE SELL

An annual membership giving one approved education and care service access to our library of editable compliance documents: checklists, audits, registers, risk assessments, drill records and reference documents, written for NSW centre-based services.

Your licence to those documents is set out separately and in full in our Terms of Use, Licence and Disclaimer, which is included with the library and forms part of these terms. In summary: one licence covers one approved service, you may edit and adapt every document for use in that service, you may not share, resell, publish or distribute them outside it, and the records you complete on our templates remain yours permanently.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at the time you join, through Shopify Payments.

We may change our prices at any time. A price change does not affect a membership you have already paid for during its term.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Give us accurate details when you join, and keep them current. You are responsible for anything done through your account, so keep your login to yourself.

USING THIS SITE

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or bulk-download its content, or use it for anything unlawful.

Everything on this site, including the text, documents, design, logo and brand, belongs to Paperbark Compliance Pty Ltd or is used with permission. Your membership licenses the documents as described above. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

THIS IS GENERAL INFORMATION, NOT ADVICE

Our documents and this site provide general information for NSW centre-based education and care services. They are not legal, medical or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for the National Law and Regulations, your service's own policies, or your regulator's directions.

Using our documents does not guarantee compliance, a rating outcome, or any particular result at an assessment and rating visit or a regulatory visit. Responsibility for compliance rests with the approved provider at all times.

Verify currency before you rely on any citation. Our documents carry a build version and build date, which is a build stamp, not a legal-currency date.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperbark Compliance Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim or penalty arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or any document in our library.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability for breach of a guarantee that cannot be excluded can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant document or service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you purchase applies to that purchase. We will email members about material changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
